You can let us know if someone is moving in our out of your property by completing the relevant form from 'My Enquiries & Forms' or 'My Tenancy'.
You will need to upload proof of income and identity for anyone moving into the household aged 16 and over.
Yes. You can see the date and time of your next visit in 'My Summary' or 'My Tenancy'.
Yes. Select 'Tell us if you need to reschedule' and then complete the 'Reschedule your home visit' form.
Your Housing Officer may contact you to discuss your request, or you will receive a letter with the date and time of your rescheduled visit.

To request a copy of your lease agreement, contact SA Housing Trust on 131 299 or visit a SA Housing Trust office.
You cannot reschedule your lease review visit from Housing Connect. If you cannot be home for your lease review visit, contact SA Housing Trust on 131 299 to reschedule.
Complete the 'Rent Review' form from 'My Enquiries & Forms'.
Ending My Tenancy
Complete the 'Termination of Tenancy' request form in 'My Tenancy'.
You must provide at least 14 days’ notice. If you have exceptional circumstances, contact SA Housing Trust on 131 299.
